Delivery Policy
1. HOME DELIVERY:
Standard delivery is available between Monday and Friday from 9am to 6pm

2. WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?:
On the morning of delivery, you will receive an email or message from our courier with an hour time slot so you know when the delivery can be expected to arrive.If you are not home to take delivery of your order, it can be left in a safe place.
3. CLICK AND COLLECT:
Collection service is available from 360 Bath Road, Hounslow TW4 7HT. (Mon-Fri)
Please state estimate time and date of collection on additional notes section of your order.
4. SAME DAY DELIVERY – DISCRETIONARY (NOT GUARANTEED) :
The residents of Hounslow, Hayes, Southall, Feltham, Ashford and Stanwell may benefit from our discretionary same day delivery service if orders are received before 2pm. Should you wish to take advantage of this service, please state “Same Day Delivery” in the additional notes of your order. Although we can not guarantee but will do our best to accommodate this request.
