D&I Dosa Idli Batter 1Kg

INGREDIENTS
Rice, Urad Dal, Fenugreek Seeds, Water and lodised Salt

DIRECTION FOR USE
For best result bring it to room temperature before preparation.
This batter is ready to go for perfect Dosas and Idis.
Do not add any water to the batter if preparing Idlis.
Add little water and mix well if you prefer a slightly diluted consistency for Dosas.
