If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange the items. The items should be unused, in its original state and returned in a resalable condition. In such circumstances, please get in touch with us on info@sadda.co.uk

Conditions for return

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packages are strongly and adequately packaged to avoid any damage in the transit. (it is advisable to use Mail tracking service).
